Meditation Guidance with Susan Ni Rahilly is an hour long, private, one-to-one session via Skype to support you  for your continuing path of growth, and following your bliss. Sessions cost 50euro for the hour.

Namaste and welcome to the New Year and all the newness that it brings us!

Our theme on the website this month is Foundations of Meditation:  and we’re starting with a new series of meditations for you to download.

Also coming available on January 20th is Essence of Yoga Meditation:  We have 2 previews nearly ready for download and Susan is working on extracting the Satsangs from the course for those of you who might want to follow a path of contemplation.

The next 2 parts of Foundations of Yoga Meditation will be:

SIMPLE POWER, STRUCTURE WITHIN, a series of short practices in The Thunderbolt Kneeling Meditation Posture in Yoga. Combining elements of the foundations of Meditation, a powerful posture itself along with the power of Breath Flow bringing you an understanding and experience of strengthening the inner structure within you.

By focusing the mind on a particular practice or posture or part of the body we’re attaining the necessary concentration for meditation. By directing the mind with the breath we’re increasing the effect of the pracice – The Thunderbolt meditation practice feels exactly like that with patient regular practice – bolts of energy revitalising your spine!

SIMPLE POWER, STRUCTURE WITHIN consists of 4 short practices: Rest and Refresh – An introductory Kneeling Relaxation which is 8 minutes; Energising and Revitalising the Spine – Dynamic Breath Flow in Thunderbolt a 7 minute section; Experiencing your Power and Structure Within – Meditation in the Kneeling Posture a 15 minute practice; and I’ve also included Structure of Life Within You – a mini-Yoga Complete Breath as an additional Pranayama breathing practice which is 10 minutes. There’s a short Introduction which runs for 5 minutes.

and, finally:

THE GURU WITHIN – a series of audio guided Colour Meditations to build Inner Confidence through working with the 5 Wisdom Energies of Yoga.  I’ve also included a short introduction to Attaining a Meditation Posture, focusing on sitting and breathing.  And to help you expand your development and growth in your Yoga Meditation, I’ve also added THE SPACIOUS HEART Meditation which works with the 4 noblest qualities of the mind – and I hope regular practice will help you really build on what we experience in the Wisdom Energies Meditations.

The total running time is 52.30 minutes: there’s a 5 minute introduction, the posture instructional section is 10 minutes, THE GURU WITHIN Colour Meditations section is 27.30 minutes and THE SPACIOUS HEART audio guided meditation is 10 minutes.  Music is Morning Calm by Silencio.
